Finish

 Just finished toner coats. Some red and brown on the arch, some brown on the base molding, rear, and speaker opening edge. What is left is a good cure, rub, and polish. Then stuff with guts.

Moving Forward

 Successfully glued up the cover in the vacuum bag, removed the previous attempt case parts and now fitting it all back together.

Steps Forward, Steps Backward

So, applying the veneer was a bit more involved than I expected. I have applied veneer many times with full success but not on a curved surface. A learning experience. The second attempt will be using a vacuum bag to apply constant even pressure over the entire surface of the veneer applied to the bendy ply BEFORE attaching the front panel, bottom plate, and rear support.

Chassis Done Restoring

 A bit of a journey with this chassis. Didn't have a schematic so I had to make one. I went by the existing circuit but found out that someone had made some changes. Had to figure out thos changes and also determine the correct resistor values.
